Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day from our workshop in San Jose, California. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS for reliable delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Need it faster? Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Transit times and rates vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you don’t see your tracking email within a day of placing your order, check your spam folder or reach out to hello@getfocustimer.com.
