I was an original backer of the Focus Timer on Kickstarter and have used it almost every day to keep myself on task and ensure that meetings do not go too long. The new version is even better, especially the soft-touch feel of the timer, and the volume is just a bit louder than before.

This timer is so cool! It feels great in my hand, and it works perfectly. It's perfect for a mindfulness practice, but it's also a super handy timer! I get really absorbed in what I'm working on, so I'm using this to keep myself on track. It's been a great way to manage my focus and remind me to take breaks. It's highly effective for managing time.

This is very small but bright, the chime is pleasing and not too loud, easy to use and comes with directions.
I’m not sure on the cost for this versus other options online, but I do like this instead of the clock we were using. Cute, battery lasts, and I have been using it consistently to help the kids know when to take breaks during class.

This is a brilliantly designed gadget, simple to adjust and use, and is the most tranquil timer I've ever used. It works extremely well with ADHD time management, and has a built-in Pomodoro mode.

I've always loved the concept of an hourglass. This combines that concept and very pleasing lights to create an immediate and lovely timer.

I tend to go work on stuff and lose track of time, so I'm using this to keep myself in check. It's really helped fix my hyper focus issues and forces me to take breaks (which I should have already been doing)! The sounds are pleasant, the lights are pleasant, the motion of turning over the hourglass feels wonderful, and it's just an absolute joy to use this device. Highly recommended!

I don’t know how many of these Focus Timers I’ve purchased so far... and I’ve been giving them to friends and family and promoting them every chance I get. They are awesome! One of the things that I do (besides running several businesses) is write technical books. I get SO many distractions during the day that it’s hard to ‘focus’. Ya. Focus. …. You get where this is going? So, this Focus Timer is a god-send. I honestly can’t believe that it actually does what it’s intended to do. But it does. And the design? Beauty, elegance, and technology all wrapping into a simple package. I LOVE this thing!!! - mark

This timer is just so pleasing. It feels lovely in my hand, and it works well. It counts down in color rings and then has a sort of tinkling sound when it reaches the time, as well as a color change. You can certainly use it for a mindfulness tool, but it also is just great as a simple timer. It's so much nicer to use than the timer on the microwave, which is what I used to use. It's also highly portable and, because of the changing color bands, could be used as an effective timer by someone who is hearing impaired. Who knew a timer could be calming!
